Seeing the growth opportunities in the sector the group forayed into Real estate with its first project in Sector 5, a joint venture with the Infinty Group to setup a commercial/IT building. Construction is on its way and is slated to be completed by March, 2012.

The group is in the process of promoting a 300,000 square feet residential complex situated in DUM DUM proximity to Kolkata. The project is due to be launched and construction will be in full swing before the end of this fiscal year.

The company is also targeting lower tier cities as the scope of growth in such places is immense. It is in talks with partners to promote a commercial/office space in the heart of Durgapur, a rapidly growing knowledge centre in close proximity to Kolkata.
